I've spent 20+ years in tech across engineering, data analytics, and product, 16 of them at Meta, including 7 years as a Director of Product. Since 2024, coaching has been my primary work at Meta.
I grew my career in product because it was multifaceted and high impact, and I loved the thrill of a launch that can help people out in the world.
But over time, I realized I was even more drawn to the people. The same crisis can bond a team for life, or fracture it beyond repair. I loved building connection and partnerships, and I was deeply curious to understand how people work, on their own and together.
I've always been suspicious of complexity and strive to get to the heart of the matter. I believe in speaking the truth, and I hold space for the gray areas in life. I see the best in people, and sometimes I believe in them before they believe in themselves. These values pulled me into mentoring, advising, and people management.
The more I leaned in, the more purpose I found in it. As a manager for over a decade, I built strong teams and grew people to L8+. I also took on people development well beyond my own teams:
I had always been interested in the craft of coaching. In 2022, I started training with the Co-Active Training Institute and folded what I learned into my work as an org lead. I shifted more and more of my time to coaching, and finally in 2024 I stepped out of the org lead role to make it my focus. In the fall of 2026, I left to start building my own coaching practice.
I'm often moved by the people I coach. They're doing their best in complex, high-stakes situations with so many unknowns. I stay with them through discomfort and fear, and help them grow into a sharper version of themselves. It's a privilege to be part of that.
I'm a mom of three, so I know many of us carry full plates of other responsibilities and aspirations beyond work. Your career doesn't exist in isolation. I'm here to support all of you.
I want to get to know you deeply and really partner with you.
“Linda has a knack at getting at the "reason behind the stated reason" - the real thing that's blocking progress beyond what folks say is going on when they walk into her virtual office. […] But the best part is, once you identify the thing to work on, she's packed full of valuable learned experience for how to improve tactically. That's the critical thing that often unblocks progress - turning learning into action.”
“[…] you changed the trajectory of my career by helping me see who I already was. You held up a mirror with such care - helping me articulate my problems, my asks, my gaps - and made me feel comfortable owning all of it. That gift was so profound that I've sent many of my fellow PM mates your way over the years because I wanted them to experience what you gave me and you always welcomed them with open arms.”
“Through coaching I've durably changed my attitude for the better towards professional work and its intensity and stresses. I'm a happier person in and outside of work and more proactive (and less defensive) in how I do things. I don't think I could have achieved this without Linda specifically being the coach.”
“I feel like you've really found your niche in our org — everyone you touch gets better. […] This is a force multiplier for the org, because it creates additional capacity over time as people get more resilient, independent and self-healing. When I look across the org at the cohort that both experienced your coaching and went through [a major org change], it feels like we have a more resilient and independent group of people in a way that is a step change from before.”
“Linda is an extraordinary coach. In 2024, she made career-arc-changing contributions that have materially changed how I see myself and show up with other people. […] In our first conversation Linda listened for thirty minutes before asking me finally, 'How comfortable do you feel being wrong?' I have had years go by where I learnt less about myself than in those thirty minutes. […] In this way, 30 minutes with Linda per month becomes a daily contribution to someone's everyday effectiveness.”
“Getting the best out of people — this truly cannot be overstated. This is Linda's standout strength. Coachees described 'lightbulb moments,' durable mindset shifts, and actionable frameworks. Linda doesn't just advise; she builds others' capacity to solve their own problems, which scales her impact well beyond any single interaction.”
“You gave me the single hardest piece of feedback of my career and it became the turning point everything after was built on. You saw me clearly before I could see myself, and you kept believing in me even in the stretches where I didn't. Six+ years later there's still no one whose advice I return to more often.”
“I think you were the voice I was missing here at Meta and when we started talking, I felt a path open up for me that wasn't really clear before. Thank you for making time for coaching, for helping me understand the concrete actions to take to improve, and for making a safe space to talk about hard things.”
